Cybersecurity Communications Specialist

Description

The Cybersecurity Communications Specialist develops cybersecurity awareness materials, create security bulletins, and collaborate with IT teams for security messaging.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in cybersecurity concepts and risk assessment/management methodologies.
• 5 years working with technical subject matter experts.
• 5 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• 10 years of experience with Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Forms.
• Security , CISSP, or related cybersecurity certification.
  
  

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.

Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

• This position is contingent upon future contract award to Gunnison Consulting Group.
  
  

The salary range for this position depends upon multiple factors including location, the individual's knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, and contract-specific budget constraints and organizational requirements.
