Duties and responsibilities include :
- Serve as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) for government IT systems.
- Develop and implement security controls in compliance with NIST 800-53.
- Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability management.
- Support incident response and cybersecurity investigations.
- Develop and maintain system security plans (SSPs) and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) and FISMA requirements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security solutions across enterprise environments.

Education Requirement : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Clearance Requirement : Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
The salary range for this position depends upon multiple factors including location, the individual's knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, and contract-specific budget constraints and organizational requirements.
