What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager/Scrum Master position at Gunnison Consulting Group Inc?
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented professional to support our Department of the Interior client.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Works under minimal oversight and is responsible for the management of a specific project and the work performed under assigned Work Orders.
- Manages a team of 10-15 team members
- Performs day-to-day management of the project, identifies project risks and issues and implements issue and risk mitigation strategies.
- Acts as a facilitator between the federal bureau/office and IT contractor team.
- Responsible for ensuring that work performed under each Call Order is within scope, consistent with requirements, and delivers on time and within the budget. Identifies critical paths, tasks, dates, testing requirements.
- Monitors issues and provides resolutions for up-to- date status reports.
- Managing project budget and hours
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Budget tracking
- Resource management
Desired Qualifications:
- Federal contract experience
- ITSM knowledge
- BMC Technologies
- Web development knowledge
- PMP certification
- Scrum Master certification
Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
The salary range for this position depends upon multiple factors including location, the individual's knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, and contract-specific budget constraints and organizational requirements.
