We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Engineer to join our team in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate will possess a TS / SCI clearance and a strong background in computer engineering, with expertise in various technical domains. This role requires a deep understanding of cyber engineering, network infrastructure, and software development, as well as the ability to lead IT initiatives and work on highly sensitive projects.

Duties and responsibilities include :
- Design, develop, and maintain complex computer systems and networks.
- Implement and manage network infrastructure, including server virtualization and cloud transitions.
- Develop and configure software solutions to enhance system performance and security.
- Conduct advanced research to resolve highly complex technical issues.
- Ensure the security and integrity of network systems through robust cybersecurity measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals.
- Produce high-quality documentation for all network designs, products, data flows, and services.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and IT staff.
- Manage the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all hardware, software, and communication links.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network operating issues.

The salary range for this position depends upon multiple factors including location, the individual's knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, and contract-specific budget constraints and organizational requirements.
