Job Summary
This position will work directly with the Juvenile Services/CYDC Case Manager and be directly responsible for serving in the Juvenile Diversion Program for youth/families that are Spanish speaking. This position provides intervention services for youth and families who are at risk of further involvement in the Juvenile Justice System. Screenings, assessments, case management, mentoring and life skills training, along with victim apology, restitution and restorative justice processes can be required for court-referred youth so they can become better functioning individuals and have no further negative involvement within the justice system. The position will assist in initiating, managing, and monitor Juvenile Diversion contracts, assist in program development, and assist in the administration of mandated screening tools to identify evidence-based programming to carry out the mandates of the diversion statutes as outlined in the Colorado Revised Statutes.
Pay Rate
The hourly range is from $31.28 to $35.61, depending on experience, plus full benefits.

Requirements:- Must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license.
- Must complete ICS 100 and ICS 700 within the first year of employment.
Qualifications/Education
- Bachelor's degree with a major is social, behavioral, human services, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of previous case management experience is required.
- Bilingual in Spanish and culturally competent
- Restorative Justice and Trauma Informed training required within 6months of hire
Salary : $31 - $36
