Requirements
To be seriously considered for this role, you’ll need to have:
Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Successful completion of an approved Nursing Assistant course preferred. Completion of a healthcare vocational program preferred.
Experience: Experience in a hospital or a similar facility preferred.
Licenses/Certification: Maintenance of CPR/BLS.
Responsibilities:

- Make observational rounds as directed by the professional nurse
- Observe and assist patients under the direction of the professional nurse
- Assist in maintaining a safe, orderly, clean and comfortable environment for patients, staff and visitors
- Assist with selected procedures, simple treatments, and activities of daily living under the direction of the professional nurse.
Compensation:
uncertified - $17.00 - $19.55/hour DOE (shift and weekend incentive pay)
certified - $18.00 - $23.40/hour DOE (shift and weekend incentive pay)
Physical Requirements
Occasionally (0-33%) - Walking, sitting, feeling, crouching, stooping, kneeling, stairs, lifting/lowering (0-50 lbs), carrying (0-50 lbs), pushing/pulling (0-50 lbs)
Frequently (34 – 66%) - Standing, Change position, reaching, reach across midline, handling, pinching
Continuously (37 -100%) See with corrective eyewear, hear clearly with assistance
Schedule - 12 hours
Status - PRN, as needed
