What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barrel Server- Summer 2025 position at Gunstock Mountain Resort?
Gunstock Mountain Resort is looking for Servers for The Barrel Restaurant this summer. Servers are responsible for providing fast, efficient and friendly service to guests that are here to play. Opening weekend is Memorial Day weekend. The Barrel will be open Thursdays through Sundays for lunch. (11am to 5pm)
They will be able to accurately answer questions about menu items and provide general information about the venue. In addition, they will process payment transactions and are responsible for maintaining Gunstock’s standards for service, quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Of age to serve alcoholic beverages, based on state requirements.
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations, to include addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
- Ability to work well in a high stress, fast paced environment.
- Technology aptitude for working with POS and digital register.
