What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Manager position at Gunther Werks?
Responsibilities:
- This marketing role the candidate will play a crucial role in promoting the GW brand and products across various social media platforms
- Management of the Gunther Werks website, insuring all of the content is actively updated and developing new initiatives to improve the online experience
- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote the Gunther Werks brand and products
- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and algorithms to ensure that our social media presence is optimized
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Engage with our online community and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that social media efforts align with overall marketing and business goals
- Manage a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social media platforms
- Attend Gunther Werks events and provide live content for our social media channels, as well as develop event recaps for social media and newsletters
- Responsible for having a strong product knowledge and being able to speak to the products at events
- Work with the various internal departments like paint dept & engineering dept, to craft stories to promote our vertical integration to both our clients via newsletters and our fan community via social media posts & stories
- Support the Director of Client Relations with the management of the our CRM database
- Experience driving manual transmission performance vehicles to support moving Gunther Werks for events or activations
- Responsible for developing and managing a marketing budget with the Director of Marketing
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach and increase brand awareness
- Plan and execute campaigns to drive engagement and increase followers
- Develop, plan, and utilize social media advertising to reach target audiences and optimize ad performance
- Stay updated on industry news and best practices to continuously improve our social media strategy
- Develop and maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting of content
- Monitor and report on competitor social media activities to identify potential opportunities and threats
- Assist in the creation and management of social media budgets
- Actively seek out and respond to social media feedback and use it to improve our social media strategy
- Responsible for developing brand process stories for social media channels, website and newsletter
- 2 years marketing experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
