Assists on jobsites as neededEffectively plans with team to know when & where manpower is needed. Assists partners to specific jobsites.Completes startups, VRF, RTUs, Split systems, Exhaust systems, MUA systems, zone systems, and designs control systems Measures all associates duct work and assists with layout.Coordinates manpower for efficient and cost-effective completion of jobs. Is proactive and handles problems professionally.Enjoys training and teaching mentoring technicians. Develops training classes and meetings as neededSets up systems to run efficiently. Holds all associates accountable to the systemOversees material requisition forms for all designated projectsOrchestrates timing of materials and equipment for projects.
