Job Summary
The Field Service Technician diagnose, adjusts, repairs, installs, and troubleshoots all product issues and their root causes on current and vintage products.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Service and adjust all products sold by Gunton Corporation and National Accounts.
- Respond to urgent jobs based on priority status.
- Install products and accessories as required to complete service on first attempt. Employ all necessary measures to overcome challenges that hinder job completion, including all heights.
- Discuss and review Customer Satisfaction Survey with each customer.
- Maintain adequate parts and tool inventory on a well-organized, maintained, and professional vehicle.
- Effectively communicate all service activities to the customer, including time of visit.
- Maintain accurate, neat, and organized paperwork, including timecards and service orders.
- Convey a neat, clean, friendly, and professional appearance.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
Reports to Service Supervisor.
