Brand Experience Coordinator

Overview

The Brand Experience Coordinator is a detail-oriented planner responsible for overseeing public-facing occurrences, including trade shows, fundraisers, competitions, open house events, and more. This role ensures that every touchpoint reinforces Gunwerks and Revic Optics positions as leaders in long-range shooting. From orchestrating VIP events and industry trade shows to managing customer satisfaction programs, the Brand Experience Coordinator will be instrumental in creating memorable interactions that strengthen brand loyalty and advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Develop a checklist of items needed for small, medium, and large events.
- Maintain an inventory of backdrops, displays, equipment, and tools for each type of show.
- Manage the shipping schedule for booths, displays, tools, backdrops, and products for attending staff based on the approved event list.
- Assist in organizing attending staff, lodging plans, and strategic post-event gatherings with customers, partners, and media.
- Coordinate with event companies for the ordering of necessary flooring, electrical, overhead sign hanging, and furniture rentals for each event.
- Track and report expense records related to event planning for budget integration and profitability analysis.
- Share in other marketing responsibilities including the handling of industry and community donations, assisting with industry purchases and other duties as assigned.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Event Success Metrics: Attendance numbers, customer engagement levels, and overall sales.
- Customer Satisfaction Ratings: Post-event surveys and net promoter scores (NPS).
- Brand Engagement Growth: Increased customer retention, repeat event participation, and positive brand interactions.
- Operational Efficiency: On-time execution of events, budget adherence, and vendor performance tracking.
- Lead & Sales Conversion: Measured impact of events on customer acquisition and product purchases.
Decision-Making Authority
Level 1 (Independent):
- Logistical planning of events.
- Addressing on-site customer concerns and resolving minor issues independently.
- Coordinating vendor and partner communications.
Level 2 (Consultation with Supervisor):
- Budget allocations for events and customer experience initiatives.
- Development of new event concepts and major marketing activations.
- Implementing new customer engagement strategies.
- Vendor contract negotiations and service agreements.
Level 3 (Approval Required from Supervisor):
- Major brand experience campaign changes or new program launches.
- Significant budgetary decisions beyond pre-approved allocations.
- Strategic partnerships that impact overall brand positioning.
