THE PAY
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000/year performance bonuses of 15-35%

NECESSARY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who has been there, done that, and is ready to lead a high-performing team.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with CNC MACHINING, ERP systems, firearms manufacturing, and quality control processes.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You're someone who takes initiative, learns quickly, and gets things done.
- A problem-solver who can think on their feet and come up with creative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll be working with people at all levels of the organization, so you need to be able to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
