Key Responsibilities
- provide technical support for both hardware and software issues encountered by users
- install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
- perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity
- assist the network administration, including setting up user accounts, managing permissions, and ensuring network security
- maintain accurate records of IT assets and update documentation regularly
- collaborate with other team members to deliver effective solutions for complex technical issues
- provide training and support to end-users on best practices and system usage

Requirements
- Strong organizational skills are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Experience with network systems, including LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, and VPNs
- Proficient in diagnosing hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud services
- CompTIA A , Network , or other relevant certifications are a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a motor vehicle records check
