This position requires candidates to work onsite at our Corporate office Monday – Friday as you assist our 7 local Gurley Leep dealerships with recruiting, onboarding, and managing team member records and documents. This position will work collaboratively with the dealership management teams to provide support regarding HR policies and procedures, addressing team member inquiries or issues, coordinating required training, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements :
Qualified candidates need to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources or in an administrative support role. A bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field is a plus. Candidates must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook ). You must be a team player with a positive attitude and a knack for multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to the local dealerships, as needed, to engage with management and team members.
