Job Description
This role involves assisting the Spa Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Seawater Spa. The ideal candidate will have a background in luxury hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily spa operations, including scheduling, staff supervision, and guest services.
- Support spa therapists, aestheticians, and front desk staff, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels of spa products and supplies, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and service recovery in a professional and timely manner.
- Train and develop spa staff to maintain a knowledgeable and skilled team.
- Implement strategies to increase spa revenue and improve guest satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
