ServiceNow Full Stack Software Engineer:

Responsibilities & Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications and services.
- Make recommendations and participate in implementing ServiceNow requirements.
- Take ownership of complex business requirements and work them to completion.
- Provide architectural controls and impact analysis for new requirements.
- Continually identify opportunities for improvement, such as combining similar solution needs.
- Partner with team leads to implement technical best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Research and stay current in ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies.
- Create and maintain a detailed view of the ServiceNow architecture.
- Collaborate with the ServiceNow System Administrator to create and maintain a detailed view of the ServiceNow architecture.
- Align ServiceNow platform capabilities to established business strategies.
- Assist with estimating release level of effort.
- Contribute to ServiceNow software releases through configuration tasks and feature delivery.
- Optimize stability and usability of ServiceNow through regular application maintenance.
- Provide day-to-day operational support and ticket resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to design best solutions for technical issues.
Here's What You'll Need:
- Must have active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- 5 years of experience with software design and development
- 3 years of experience with ServiceNow development, including Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom applications, and development methods
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
- Experience with Java or a similar OO language
- Experience working with Web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with LDAP integration and Web Service integration such as API Web Services
- Experience with ServiceNow development APIs and Single Sign-On configuration and administration
- Possess effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Highly Preferred:
- ITIL v3 Foundations or additional ServiceNow Certification, including Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator, or Certified Implementation Specialist
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HWAM, SWAM, and SPM modules
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and participation in software development life cycle
- Experience with requirements management
- Experience creating quick proof-of-concepts
- Masters Degree
