GURSTEL LAW FIRM, P.C. – Commercial Intake Specialist
JOB SUMMARY as a Commercial Intake Specialist at our law firm you will be responsible to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner. To be successful, you will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask, have a high level of attention to detail, and have strong customer service skills.
- Ensure new clients are set up accurately with Company technology infrastructure.
- Ensure legal acknowledgements and demands are completed within Client requirements.
- Timely inputting of placements
- Responsible for all applicable daily upload and download activity.
- Data entry
- Resolve issues on a timely basis.
- Work a queue of codes to ensure all codes are addressed and up to date.
- Responsible for retrieving legal documents from external clients.
- All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- 50 WPM typing skills.
- Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations.
- Ability to provide a positive attitude under time constraints.
- Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints.
- Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
