JOB SUMMARY as the Recoveries Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:
- Assist management with day-to-day collection reports
- Maintain schedules and timecards for department employees and report inconsistencies to management
- Prepare collection letters for attorney review
- Pull calls for management and/or client review
- Assist with the creation and distribution of daily work lists
- Conduct file reviews for proper annotation, work steps, and appropriate activation
- Process requests in the recode box
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time
- Be able to bend, lift, or carry up to 20 pounds
- All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- High School diploma or equivalent GED required
- 2 years of prior administrative support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 50 WPM typing skills
- High degree of self-motivation and initiative
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills

TRAVEL – This position requires up to 0-5% travel. Travel excludes local commute.
