Quality Assurance Specialist (QAS 4)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance and Testing Lead to support software testing, automation, and business analysis efforts. The selected candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, creating test plans, executing test cases, and ensuring software quality using ServiceNow Test Management and Automated Test Framework (ATF).

This hybrid role requires strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, development teams, and end-users.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Create, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation scripts (manual & ATF).
• Identify and manage defects/issues, working with developers for resolution.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth deployment of applications.
• Maintain documentation related to Business Analysis & UAT processes.
• Collaborate in Agile & Waterfall environments to ensure product quality.
• Work with ServiceNow ITSM and CRM applications for quality assurance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• ServiceNow ATF & Automation Testing: 5 years.
• Agile Software Development: 5 years.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): 5 years.
• Business Analysis Experience: 2 years.
• ServiceNow ITSM & CRM Applications: Hands-on experience.
• ServiceNow Test Management & ATF: Proven expertise.
• Strong Oral & Written Communication Skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Highly Desired).
• ServiceNow Certifications (Preferred).

This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of software testing and automation in ServiceNow environments. Ideal candidates will have a blend of technical, analytical, and communication skills to drive successful testing initiatives.
