Job Title: Interiors Architect - Space Planner
We seek a talented Interiors Architect - Space Planner to join our integrated design, development, and interiors construction team. This role is ideal for a graduate architect with experience in commercial office layouts and interior finishes who thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll play a key role in designing innovative workplace environments, working closely with sales, leasing, development, and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update building stacking drawings to support leasing efforts.
- Engage with tenants/clients to develop programming and space planning solutions.
- Create schematic floor plans and illustrative materials for leasing and marketing.
- Lead design phases from schematic concepts to construction documentation.
- Ensure compliance with codes, ADA regulations, and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, tenants, and stakeholders to implement design intent.
- Conduct site visits to ensure alignment with project goals and resolve field issues.
- Assist in marketing presentations showcasing space plans and branding.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Creative mindset with an eye for workplace design trends.
- 6-10 years of experience in space planning and design.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and design industry applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Professional licensure, SAP knowledge, and/or LEED certification preferred.
