What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Administrator position at Gus Perdikakis Associates?
Contract Administrator needed to support our client's highway relocation group which relocates facilities affected by road improvement and infrastructure projects in North and South Carolina. This position will report to the Project Management Specialist.
Schedule :
Will be fully on-site during the 6-month training period
After the training period is complete, will transition to 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Responsibilities :
Set up projects in Maximo and PeopleSoft
Communicate with external government agencies, such as DOT agencies and municipalities
Create and implement utility relocation agreement packages
Assist with variance explanations and scope change documents
Create and maintain reports
Generate billing in PeopleSoft
Track and resolve collections
Requirements :
Education : Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
Proficient using Maximo and Peoplesoft or other similar software
Proficient using Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro
Great communication, organizational and analytical skills
Previous experience coordinating multiple projects and working in a team environment.
