Project Manager - Food and Beverage
Location: Middletown, OH
Work Schedule: 40 hours/week
Our client, in Middletown, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage various project phases. This role will be responsible for leading the project planning, execution, and closure of key initiatives within their operations. The position requires strong project management skills, particularly in scheduling, communication, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Scheduling: Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure the timely completion of deliverables.
- Action Item Management: Track and manage action items, ensuring that tasks are completed as per the project timeline.
- Stakeholder Communication: Schedule and lead regular weekly or monthly meetings (conference calls and on-site) to track deliverables and resolve issues.
- Design and Installation Phase Support: Provide project planning and support during the design and installation phases.
- Project Closure: Oversee the final project closure phase, ensuring all tasks are completed, and lessons learned are documented for future projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in project management, particularly within manufacturing or process environments (food and beverage experience a plus).
