Qualifications and Skills:
- The ability to enthusiastically lead, manage, and train an energetic staff of 40 or more team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work well under pressure, creating a positive working environment
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, craft cocktail culture, and current industry trends
- Flexible schedule - Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- An infectious, positive attitude
- Outstanding hospitality skills
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- 2-4 years experience in a leadership role and a passion for success
