Gus's Fried Chicken is looking for servers! Applicant MUST be available on nights and weekends! Shifts are 3:30pm to 11pm every day. We are a busy downtown restaurant and you will usually walk with $120 - $300 per shift, even in the slow season! Tips are paid out nightly.

You will be expected to...

  • Take care of customers needs, ensuring excellent customer service to every guest!
  • Organize and keep section clean
  • Help run food and provide assistance to your fellow servers (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
  • Detail cleaning of FOH equipment and areas, including bathrooms
  • Following all Health code and TABC requirements

No rolling silverware!
