You are also a creative problem-solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions to ensure the best possible guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to ensure they are performing at their best
- Manage daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and cash handling
- Ensure that food is prepared and presented according to Gus’s World-Famous Fried Chicken’s standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement new strategies for growth and success
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in the food service industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passion for food and hospitality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
