Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead and motivate a team of talented staff members, fostering a positive and enthusiastic work environment.
- Oversee the dining areas, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Train and develop staff members to provide exceptional customer service and uphold the pub's standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer
- Work closely with back of the house to ensure product quality and team satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and both day and night shifts.
- High school degree or equivalent educational qualification.
- Back of the house and front of the house experience
