What You'll Do:
- Drive New Business: Identify, qualify, and close sales leads while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You’ll be the go-to resource in your defined territory.
- Be a Product Expert: Provide top-tier support for our Commercial products, assisting customers and the sales team with product launches, market trends, and new selections.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with our Marketing team to create innovative tools and materials that boost sales. Help shape annual market strategies, goals, and forecasts.
- Customer-Focused Solutions: Work closely with Account Managers and utilize your HVAC expertise to develop competitive quotes and proposals. Maximize the potential of prospective customers.
- Stay Ahead: Attend vendor-sponsored training, elevate your industry knowledge, and continuously develop your professional skills.
- Be a Trusted Partner: Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and developers, ensuring that your customer relationships drive both new and repeat business.

What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree, Technical degree, or certification.
- 5 years of experience in Commercial HVAC sales or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Commercial HVAC systems, suppliers, manufacturers, and competitors.
- Proven ability to train others on commercial product sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create effective collateral materials.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
