About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling HVAC equipment and supplies to dealers, contractors, service firms, and industrial accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Service: Provide excellent customer service by connecting with customers through in-person interactions, phone calls, and online orders.
- Product Knowledge: Remain current and knowledgeable about products and the Company catalog.
- Cash Handling and Transactions: Conduct counter sales transactions, credit and cash transactions, obtain relevant signatures for billing purposes.
- Inventory Management: Maintain, organize, and stock shelves. Maintain inventory control. Assist in organization of equipment and product displays.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years of HVACR field experience, and/or degree/certification in HVACR preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, basic math skills, and ability to perform and learn the requirements of the position within assigned training period.
- Team Player: Effective Team Player, ability to lead, demonstrates confidentiality, and takes initiative.
