As a Refrigeration Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the Midwest, Plains, and Mountain States region.
- You will be responsible for all aspects of customer and sales force support for Refrigeration products, including new product selection and launch support.
- Your focus will be on providing value-added services and solutions to customers, including proactive calls to the customer base to identify untapped opportunities.
- You will collaborate with Marketing to develop collateral material aimed at increasing Refrigeration product sales and creating new tools to gain market share.
- You will also assist in developing training and sales presentation materials for the sales force.
- Another key aspect of the role is preparing reports for the Segment Business Leader to determine areas of market share and customer share of wallet opportunities.
- You will represent the Refrigeration Segment and Company at vendor-sponsored product and technical training classes.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or Technical degree or Certification.
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the HVACR industry.
- Knowledge of Refrigeration systems, suppliers, manufacturers, and competitors.
- Demonstrated ability to train others in the selling principles of Refrigeration products and solutions.
- Ability to develop collateral material to support Refrigeration product lines with the use of former Refrigeration application experience and knowledge.
- Certification in CRM software preferred.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office applications, specifically EXCEL).
