**Job Summary**

This role is designed for a highly motivated and experienced individual who can drive business growth and customer satisfaction in the Refrigeration segment.

  • Responsibilities include all aspects of customer and sales force support for Refrigeration products, including new product selection and launch support.
  • You will partner with Marketing to develop collateral material aimed at increasing Refrigeration product sales and creating new tools to gain market share.
  • Another key aspect of the role is preparing reports for the Segment Business Leader to determine areas of market share and customer share of wallet opportunities.
  • You will also represent the Refrigeration Segment and Company at vendor-sponsored product and technical training classes.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree or Technical degree or Certification.
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the HVACR industry.
  • Knowledge of Refrigeration systems, suppliers, manufacturers, and competitors.
  • Demonstrated ability to train others in the selling principles of Refrigeration products and solutions.
  • Ability to develop collateral material to support Refrigeration product lines with the use of former Refrigeration application experience and knowledge.
  • Certification in CRM software preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office applications, specifically EXCEL).
