**About the Role**
Gustave A. Larson Company is a leading wholesale distributor of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVACR) equipment, parts, and supplies.
The primary objective of this position is to provide value-added services and solutions to customers in the Refrigeration segment.
- Responsible for all aspects of customer and sales force support for Refrigeration products, including new product selection and launch support.
- Partner with Marketing to develop collateral material aimed at increasing Refrigeration product sales and creating new tools to gain market share.
- Assist in developing training and sales presentation materials for the sales force.
- Conduct proactive calls to the customer base to identify untapped opportunities, explore markets and customers for new opportunities, develop customer relationships, and uncover customer pain points.
- Collaborate with Territory Managers, Customer Experience Representatives, Proposal Specialists, and Store Managers to educate customers on new marketing incentives, products, and services available through Larson.
- Prepare reports for the Segment Business Leader to determine areas of market share and customer share of wallet opportunities.
- Elevate professional growth and development through continued education in industry programs.
- Represent the Refrigeration Segment and Company at vendor-sponsored product and technical training classes.
