Gustave A Larson Company is actively looking for our next leader to join us as a Branch Store Manager for our Warehouse Operations and Counter Sales Team.

- HVAC product knowledge – Understanding or a willingness to learn HVAC residential systems is a must, that experience is needed to assist in selling the right equipment and recommending the right systems for our customers’ jobs.
- Warehouse Operations / Counter Sales Team Best in Class – You will lead the teams by maintaining accurate inventory, offering recommendations on ordering product, and understanding operations processes / policies, all while training / coaching your team members in a safe environment. Effectively communicating service initiatives, team member changes, managing a PnL, ensuring that you don’t just meet, but you exceed organizational goals with positive results.
- Attention to Detail – Our industry is technical in nature and details matter. It’s not enough to do something “most of the time” – we need leaders who are experts in understanding the small details of our business, our customers and our profitability.
