Job Title: Outside Sales Territory Manager

We are an HVAC/R wholesale distributor throughout the Great Plains region, including Grand Island and surrounding areas. Our team is driven by customer service, adaptability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Focused – We maintain positive relationships with our customers, including dealers, business owners, and large HVAC companies, to meet their needs and deliver on our promises.
  • HVAC Product and Industry Knowledge – Understanding residential HVAC systems is essential for selling the right equipment and recommending suitable systems for our customers' jobs.
  • Maintain and Grow a Book of Business – Develop and maintain relationships within an assigned territory and account list to ensure customer satisfaction with service and products.
  • Sales Skills – Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge to maintain a competitive advantage in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail – Provide customer service expertise and support for pricing, quoting, credit terms, and orders.

Candidates should have:

  • 2 years of HVAC/R industry experience, with Residential HVAC experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Outlook)
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals
  • A proven track record of sales and selling skills experience
  • A valid driver's license/driving record
  • A high school diploma or equivalent

Additional Requirements:

Individuals must be able to meet mobility requirements, which include walking, standing, reaching, leaning forward, bending, climbing, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. They must also be skilled in verbal and written communication, have basic math skills, and agree to take a pre-employment drug test and background check, comply with Company policies and procedures.
