Pay range: $14.00-$15.00 per hour

Description
Gustavus Adolphus College invites applications for a Dishroom Staff in the Dining Service. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7am-3:30pm.

Pay range: $14.00-$15.00 per hour
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Load, run, and unload the dishwasher, as well as hand wash certain items as needed
- Ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Sort and organize clean dishes and kitchenware for easy access
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen
- Work with and mentor college student employees
Prerequisites
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Knowledge of proper sanitization and cleaning techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven experience working as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus
