As an Assistant Case Manager at Guster Law Firm, you will play an essential role in supporting our clients through their legal journeys.
Responsibilities
- Handle tasks assigned by the Attorneys, Case Managers, or Intake Assistants.
- Call clients with updates regarding their cases
- Answer phone calls
- Follow up on emails, calls, and faxes
- Copy, fax, file, scan, and other office-related functions
- Finish all tasks daily and report issues to Case Manager or Attorney
- Qualifications
- GED, High School Diploma, or College
- Strong communication skills: Written and verbal.
- Ability to work in high pressure situations
- Previous office assistant or telephone-based employment experience required
- Previous stable work history is required
