Company description

Gustiamo is a Direct To Consumer importer of real Italian food. Since 1999 we have been independently importing the best and most authentic food Italy has to offer. In addition to our online store, we also have a robust wholesale program.

The Gustiamo Content Specialist is the voice of Gustiamo in the digital world, responsible for creating and implementing content and strategies that drive our digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media presence. Working closely with marketing, customer success teams, and SEO / IT consultants, this role ensures consistency and creativity across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Manage email marketing campaigns and CRM platform.
Plan and oversee the content calendar for promotional and seasonal campaigns.
Collaborate with SEO consultants to optimize performance and analyze data.
Enhance the Gusti e-commerce user experience and identify growth opportunities in the market.
Monitor social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and engaging with the Gusti community.
Build brand awareness through influencer collaborations and social media strategies.
Stay updated on new tools, platforms, and trends in digital marketing and e-commerce.
Coordinate partnerships and media efforts to strengthen Gustiamo's digital presence.

About You

2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or e-commerce.

Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), Google Analytics, and SEO tools.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Speaking Italian is a plus.

Passion for Italian food, culture, and sustainability is essential.

You thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment and have an enthusiastic attitude and creative mindset.

Work Location

This role is based in the Gustiamo HQ located in the Bronx, NY.
