Guthrie Medical Group seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Director of Clinical Research Anesthesiologists to support our Anesthesia Residency Program. MD or DO / PhD Preferred.

Anesthesiology Residency Program
Oversee clinical research activities for residents and faculty, partnering with the Guthrie Foundation
18 state-of-the-art operating rooms
Teaching with regular rotations of residents and medical students.
Robust EHR used in all areas, including the operating room (EPIC 10-Star health system, top 1% of EPIC Organizations)
The Anesthesia Department manages the OR schedule, providing the necessary structure for a smooth, efficient workday
Administrative time built into the schedule.

4-6 Weeks’ vacation time based on experience and tenure

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range : $572K to $596K total compensation.
25K Starting Bonus and $25K Retention Bonus each year for the following three years
15K Quality / Citizenship Bonus available annually

Guthrie retirement savings plan (403B) with employer match (1 / 2 of the first 6% that you invest) and (1-3.5%) age-based contributions
