Guthrie's Emergency Medicine team is seeking Core Faculty to serve as residency Director of Evidence Based Medicine

- Director of Evidence Based Medicine will lead by employing a scholarly approach to patient care, systems-based practice, and population health
- Help initiate or foster scholarly activity projects with learners using evidentiary techniques
- Evaluate residents / fellows through direct observation and other relevant evaluation methods using competency-based milestone evaluations
- Practice variability working clinically at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital, our Level I Trauma Center, and Guthrie Corning Hospital, our Level III Trauma Center
- Brand new state-of-the-art Emergency Department

- Compensation $405,600
- 100k starting bonus or $200k loan repayment
