What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hematology/Oncology - Inpatient Nurse Practitioner position at Guthrie Medical Group?
Guthrie Medical Group is seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner to join its Cancer Care team in Sayre, PA. This role will primarily be to cover the inpatient Oncology patients and assist in the Infusion Center.
Highlights of the opportunity
- Primarily inpatient role - seeing consults in Sayre (Robert Packer Hospital) along with virtual consults from Corning & Cortland
- Assisting with patients in the Infusion Center as needed
- Practice in a collaborative environment alongside the Hematology / Oncology provider team
- Build a fulfilling clinical practice within a collegial environment with supportive administration
- Hem / Onc NP experience preferred; RN experience in the ICU or MedSurg setting preferred; new grads will be considered
