About the Job
We are seeking a motivated Physician - Geriatrician/Family Medicine/Internal Medicine to provide primary care to patients in affiliated off-site post-acute care settings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for impacting the care and comfort of our aging population while building meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare providers.
The successful candidate will practice full-spectrum Internal Medicine / Family Medicine / Gerontological care under the medical directorship of a Guthrie-employed physician. This opportunity includes working in a mixed model practice, which can include outpatient, inpatient, or long-term care based on the candidate's preference.
