Guthrie Lourdes seeks a BC / BE Family Medicine physician to practice in our walk-in clinics and work alongside a supportive team of providers and staff.
Highlights of the Opportunity
See acute care patients within the Walk-In Clinic scope of practice.
Provide rotational coverage for Guthrie Now virtual visits.
Practice within a team setting with supportive Advanced Practice Providers and nursing staff.
Enjoy extended shifts, rotating weekends, and days off during the week.
J1 & H1B visa eligible.
Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range of $275,000-$300,000 annually
Starting Bonus available
Medical school loan repayment - up to $150,000
Full benefits including medical, dental and disability insurance.
Guthrie Retirement Savings Plan (403B) with employer match and age-based contributions.
Allowance for licensure fees, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate and renewals.
A $10,000 referral bonus will be paid if a physician is referred for employment and hired full-time.
Work Life Balance
Full-Time equals 7 shifts biweekly.
Generous Paid Time Off of 35 days annually.
CME-$3,500 for conference registration, certifications, and membership fees for specialty-specific medical societies.
