Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Assist with cleaning duties, such as dishwashing and sanitizing kitchen equipment
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
