We are looking for a Cashier to manage all transactions with customers quickly and accurately. Cashier responsibilities include receiving payments and issuing receipts, and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions. Ultimately, you’ll ensure all transactions run smoothly and will help us maximize customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change
- Resolve customer complaints
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Minimum food prep
Skills
- Positive attitude is a must
- Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
- Good math skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
