Highlights of the Position
- Anesthesiology Residency Program
- 18 state-of-the-art operating rooms
- Approximately 250 open cardiac cases annually as well as TAVRs performed in hybrid operating room
- Fellowship trained in Cardiac Anesthesiology or in certification process as well as certified in Echocardiography or in certification process.
- Teaching with regular rotations of residents and medical students.
- Robust EHR used in all areas including operating room (EPIC 10-Star health system top 1% of EPIC Organizations)
- Anesthesia Department manages OR schedule providing the necessary structure for a smooth efficient workday
- Cardiac Anesthesiologist primarily takes cardiac call with rare call back
- 4-6 weeks vacation time
- 5 Personal days per year
- 7 Holidays per year
- Above industry average salary and bonus structure
- $200K loan forgiveness available for qualified candidates
- $25K Starting Bonus
- $25K Retention Bonus for each of the following three years
