As a Guthrie Lourdes Outpatient Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you will play a significant role in serving as a vital bridge in the Guthrie health care system by blending nursing experience and psychiatric expertise in providing comprehensive mental health care for Guthrie patients.
Candidate Requirements

- Master's degree in nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, preferably with a PMHNP degree.
- Excellent communication, compassion, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to obtain/maintain Pennsylvania and New York state license
- Experienced or newly graduated candidates are equally welcome to apply
- Competitive Salary working a 0.6 FTE starting at $69,000 - $75,600 (depending on experience)

- Allowance for licensure fees Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate and renewals
- Traditional Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- No weekend rounding
- CME-$1,500 for conference registration, certifications, and membership fees for specialty-specific medical societies
- APP (Advanced Practice Professionals) council and other leadership opportunities for advanced practice providers.
