Oversees daily operations of Safety / Security Department for the assigned location(s) or region.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years Safety / Security field with supervisory or investigation experience.
School Education
High School Grad or Equivalent Required
Essential Functions
- Responsible for direction and oversight of security officers
- Schedules personnel.
- Coordinates work assignments. Oversees training of new personnel.
- Provides Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training to system employees Provides oversight of the electronic security systems.
- Prepares required written reports for leadership.
- Performs duties of a security officer when needed.
- Able to rotate work schedule to meet needs of the department.
- Conducts security investigations.
