What are the responsibilities and job description for the Back Office position at Gutierrez Chiropractic?
Chiropractic office has an immediate position available for a part-time back office assistant. Qualified candidate must be bilingual in English/Spanish, must be able to work well with others, have excellent bedside manner/customer service, and must be efficient with basic computer knowledge.
This position requires candidates to bring patients into the exam room, set patients up on Electrical Stimulation Therapy, look up and report to the doctor any patient testing/diagnostic results or reports taken at other facilities, and disinfection of exam tables after each patient. The back office assistant will be responsible for making sure their area is kept clean/tidy. Other light clerical duties may be added to responsibilities in the future. This is an entry-level position, and training although minimal, will be given.
Hours are: Monday through Thursday from 10 am to 6 pm. Only Serious candidates need apply.
