As an agent, you will guide clients through the initial reach-out call to the policy issuing process. Qualifications:
- Have a General Life & Health License or be willing to obtain one
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be comfortable speaking with prospective clients over the phone/zoom
- Be coachable and have a professional mindset
- Basic computer knowledge
- Able to work independently
Responsibilities:
- Contacting and maintaining a professional relationship with the client
- Set appointments with clients
- Go over recommendations with clients
- Take & submit online applications on behalf of the client
- Follow up with the application until policy resolution is
- Attend weekly virtual calls
- Explain to the client once the policy is approved
- Maintain stellar interpersonal skills
