• $16.50 starting pay (job pay scale $16.00 - $17.50 (hourly))

Work Schedule / Hours

• Monday - Friday
• 8 hours/day
• Start work: between 7:15 am – 8:00 am
• End work: between 3:45 pm – 4:00 pm
• Overtime available: must be approved

10 days of paid time off per year

7 paid holidays

Job Overview

• Draws outlines of pattern parts using existing patterns
• Positions and cuts pieces based master patterns using scissors and knives

Basic Qualifications

• Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted (throughout the day, floor to table, or carrying load up ladder).
• Stand for long periods of time (2.5 hours intervals)
• Work in a manufacturing environment with constant exposure to varying noise levels
• Work in area that does not have controlled temperature (no central heat or air)
• Reach with hands and arms; stoop kneel or crouch regularly throughout the workday
• Work at a height of 20 feet on ladder (to retrieve print media)
• Perform basic math, reading, and writing
• Switch tasks and work independently
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
• Work under direct supervision
• Maintain departmental housekeeping standards, such as keeping floors swept and absent of debris
• Reliable transportation
• Pay close attention to detail and quality
• Show up for work on time
• Willing to cross train and work in other departments

Duties & Responsibilities

• Using patterns, cut out pieces for the assembly of seat covers
• Perform periodic visual quality checks of material throughout the process
• Perform daily and periodic cleaning of the machines and work area
• Use the proper personal protective equipment required to perform job duties
• Maintain quality standards
• Unload materials and properly stack them on pallets or in designated area
• Meet timeliness requirements
• Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations and correct/report deviations)
• Other duties as needed (determined by Manager)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
