We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the market and industry trends to effectively position our products and services.
- Manage territory sales by identifying key accounts and nurturing relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
- Engage in direct sales activities, including inside sales efforts, to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Collaborate with the business development team to strategize on new market penetration and expansion initiatives.
- Provide exceptional account management by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients showcasing the benefits of our products/services.
- Conduct in-person appointments and scout clients in neighborhoods.
Skills
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation techniques, door knocking.
- Strong knowledge of territory sales strategies and market dynamics.
- Familiarity with construction is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
